Terms of Service

This page is a placeholder. No paid service has launched yet, so binding terms have not been drafted. Before the first paid family or university contract, this page must be replaced with lawyer-drafted terms covering:

• Scope of the concierge service (Light / Full) and what is explicitly excluded
• Japan's 特定商取引法 (Act on Specified Commercial Transactions) disclosures and cooling-off rules, where applicable
• Our Deadline Guarantee: every application submission-ready 14 days before deadline, SLA-conditioned, with a force-majeure carve-out
• Explicit no-guarantee-of-admission language
• Payment terms, refunds, and cancellation

Two commitments hold regardless of the final legal text, because they are permanent company guardrails, not negotiable terms: we will never guarantee admission, and students always write their own application materials, coaching, never ghostwriting.
