Our Ethics Charter

This is the standard we hold ourselves to, published so you can hold us to it too. It resolves the one real tension in a two-sided model: how you can trust advice from a company that universities also pay.

01

Advice is never for sale

You see every suitable program across all five Nordic systems, whether or not that university is a partner of ours. Where a partnership exists, we disclose it publicly on our Partners page. Our recommendation follows you, never a commission.

02

Institutions pay for services, not steering

When a university works with us, it pays for real services, recruitment events, applicant preparation, arrival logistics, priced per enrolled student and disclosed. It never pays to be recommended over a better fit for you.

03

No outcome guarantees, ever

Universities decide admissions, not advisors, and anyone promising a guaranteed place should be treated with suspicion. What we guarantee is process: every application submission-ready fourteen days before its deadline, or the affected fee share comes back.

04

Students write their own work

We coach, structure and review. We never ghostwrite. The application has to stay honestly your own, both because it is right and because admissions officers can tell.

05

Your data is never for marketing

We collect the minimum we need to help, and we never use your data for marketing. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian holds the contract on your behalf. Privacy is a feature, not an afterthought.
